Standard Delivery 10am - 6pm (no specific timing)

Delivery Location

We engage third-party company to deliver all orders within Singapore, except to Cogent 1, Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Alps Avenue, Sentosa and Changi Airport.

If your order is confirmed with the above-mentioned areas, we have the rights to request for additional delivery charges, or for a cancellation with processing fee. It will be best to change the delivery address.

Terms and Conditions

We do not held responsible for any late/missed deliveries under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect address provided
2. Recipient not available at time/place of delivery
3. No valid contact details (recipient/sender) provided
4. Recipient did not answer phone
5. Any traffic and weather condition

Grace period for waiting time is five minutes at the delivery location. Otherwise, items will be left at the doorstep or reception and we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the items from that point onward. If items are brought back to us by the driver, an additional S$30 will be charged to arrange another delivery. Hence, please fill in the recipient's contact number correctly. We will only contact recipient upon delivery and buyer's detail will not be revealed.
