Refund policy
We have a no refund, no return and no exchange policy once order is confirmed. This is because our turnaround time can be as fast as within four hours and most of our goods are personalised and customised specially for you. Hence, please make sure that you are comfortable with our style before making your purchase. If the item received is not up to your expectations, we're sorry that we cannot take it back.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return of Damaged Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sjoflora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund of Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Item received looks different to the picture in the website
We have made every effort to handcraft our products and display as accurately as possible the colours and images in our website. We also cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We also make every effort to recreate our arrangement as pictured. However, certain fillers might be replaced with similar materials. and there might be some colour difference due to manufacturing.
No two flowers grow exactly the same and no two handcrafted items are exactly the same. All our handcrafted products are one-of-a-kind exclusively made for you. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Changes on Greeting Card Message and Photo
To make any changes after the greeting card message is written and/or photo is printed, an additional S$20 will be charged per change. Contact us at support@sjoflora.com with your request.
Any issues will be resolved via email only, as we do not accept any phone calls. Sorry if any inconvenience caused.
