What are preserved flowers?

Preserved flowers are real and natural flowers that have undergone a special chemical process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight.

How long can preserved flowers last?

Preserved flowers typically can last up to 2 year or more. It will not wilt.

Do preserved flowers require special care?

Preserved flowers are mostly care-free.
1. Avoid direct sunlight and direct wind, as colour of the flowers may fade away easily and the flowers are fragile.
2. Avoid humid areas and do not water it. Best to keep in air-conditioned room.
3. If dust collects on the flowers, simply use a hair-dryer in cool and light wind mode 20cm away from the flower to blow the dust away.

How long can dried flowers last?

Dried flowers can typically last up to 6 months or more.

Do dried flowers require special care?

Yes. Dried flowers are more fragile than fresh flowers and preserved flowers. It can breaks easily. Avoid humid areas because it may absorb moisture and make certain dried flowers 'wilt'.

I want to look at your products before purchasing. Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for visiting purposes.

To have a physical store is our goal! Let us know if you know any ideal commercial area with a great deal!

Delivery

I'm purchasing for a friend as a surprise gift. Can I remain anonymous?

We understand most of you would like to order our products as a surprise gift. We do not disclosure buyer details and we do not provide any physical invoice upon delivery.

 

How should I indicate the shipping details and billing details?

If you're purchasing for a friend and wish to get it delivered to your friend, please key in your friend's details under the shipping details. And please fill in your email address under the Contact Information and your contact number under the Billing Address. This is because we might need to contact you regarding your order and we do not wish to spoil your surprise by mistakenly contacted your friend. Buyer's details will not be revealed, unless stated in the Greeting Card Message.

If you're purchasing it for yourself or you're purchasing it for a friend but wish to get it delivered to you, please key in your details under the shipping details and billing details.

 

What happens if recipient is not around?

Can I do a self-collection?

Refund & Exchange

I have received the product, but I didn't like it. Can I request for a return and refund?

Sorry, we have a no refund, no return and no exchange policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. 

 

I have received a defected, damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

Please What'sApp text us immediately and we will assist you on the matter. (please note that we do not pick up calls.) Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

 

Why the item I received looks different to the picture in the website?

We have made every effort to handcraft our products and display as accurately as possible the colours and images in our website. We also cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We also make every effort to recreate our arrangement as pictured. However, certain fillers might be replaced with similar materials. and there might be some colour difference due to manufacturing.

No two flowers grow exactly the same and no two handcrafted items are exactly the same. All our handcrafted products are one-of-a-kind exclusively made for you. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
